The main level has two bedroom with queen-size beds.
The lower level has two single beds.
A large rec room with large sectional and a T.V.
Desk with chair.

You will have access to the whole house as well as the yard in front of the house down to the beachfront.

I will not be on the property but I will be accessible by phone, text, or inbox.

This is a private road with other cottages enjoying the beautiful Richibucto River. Please respect the neighbors.

We do not have a dock this year, but we are working on it. The water will still be accessible.

As per our booking policies, we would like to inform you that a $500 pre-authorization will be charged on the day of check-in to cover our damage protection policy. This pre-authorization is solely collected for this purpose and will be released within 3 business days of check-out provided there is no damage to the property.
