Immerse yourself in luxury with a brand-new bathroom, complete with a tub and an alluring outdoor shower.

Pets are welcome with an additional deposit, and please refrain from smoking on the property to retain the full security deposit.
While our complimentary bikes are at your disposal, please note they may not be in perfect condition, though we conduct regular maintenance.
Respect good neighbor practices, adhere to 9:30 pm quiet hours, and be mindful of noise levels—no speakers or sound systems are provided. For electric scooters and bikes, park at the block’s end, not in front of the house. Your cooperation is appreciated!
